"I have worked at Ms3 since March 2023 and I can honestly say it's such a good work environment to be in. I have excelled and succeeded in being promoted twice within the year and that is due to the support and encouragement from my line manager and the team I work within. My line manager supports and interacts with me on a level plain which can be rare within the telecoms industry, and this is promoted throughout the business.
