Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

At MS3 Networks, we believe that corporate social responsibility (CSR) is paramount to our operations. We are committed to making a positive impact in the community and creating social value through our diverse initiatives. Through our CSR efforts, we aim to address challenges, such as digital inclusion and digital poverty, helping to create a fair and inclusive society.
1. Work in the Community
We are dedicated to contributing to the communities where we operate. We actively engage with charitable organisations, and local community groups to understand their unique needs. Our colleagues are encouraged to volunteer their time and skills for community development projects, mentoring programs, and other initiatives that benefit the community.
2. Social Value Creation
We recognise the importance of creating social value through our products, services, and business activities. To achieve this, we prioritise ethical practices, environmental sustainability, and innovation that benefits society. We regularly assess and improve our products and services to ensure they facilitate our Wholesale partners to meet the needs of their customers, including vulnerable and underprivileged groups.
3. Digital Inclusion
We are committed to bridging the digital divide and promoting digital inclusion. We work towards making affordable and reliable telecommunications services accessible to all sections of society. By partnering with relevant stakeholders, we develop targeted initiatives to provide digital skills training and education, particularly for marginalised communities, senior citizens, and people with disabilities.
4. Combatting Digital Poverty
We acknowledge that digital poverty is a pressing issue that hinders individuals and communities from benefiting from the opportunities offered by the digital world. To address this, we explore collaborations with Local Authorities and other partners to develop programs that provide affordable devices, connectivity solutions, and digital literacy resources to those in need.
5. Environmental Responsibility
We understand the impact our operations can have on the environment and are committed to minimising our carbon footprint. We continually invest in environmentally friendly technologies and processes to reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions, and waste. Additionally, we partner with Carbon Neutral Britain to maintain our Carbon Neutrality Certification by investing in the Woodland fund ™ projects and Climate fund ™ projects which are regulated through the Verra - Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), Gold Standard - Voluntary Emission Reductions (VER) and the United Nations - Certified Emissions Reductions (CER) programs. MS3 also undertakes recycling programs, and awareness campaigns to promote environmental stewardship amongst our colleagues and customers.
6. Measurement and Reporting
We have established performance metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our CSR initiatives. Regular reporting and transparent communication ensures that stakeholders are well-informed about our progress and the impact we are making in the community. We also seek feedback from stakeholders to continually improve our CSR efforts.
Additionally, we regularly review and update our CSR policy to align with emerging issues, societal needs, and industry best practices.
