One Touch Switching
Everything You Need To Know
Switching broadband has never been easier!
With One Touch Switching, let your new provider handle the switch and contact your old provider, hassle-free!
Switching broadband providers can often feel time-consuming and daunting, but the new 'One Touch Switch' process is here to change that. It offers a smoother experience for customers wanting to move to a different operator. This kind of process is already familiar in the mobile sector with the 'text to switch' PAC code system that millions use today. With the introduction of One Touch Switch, seamless switching is now available for broadband customers too, making it easier than ever to switch providers and enjoy better offers and perks.
What is One Touch Switch?
One Touch Switch is the new process introduced by Ofcom, allowing customers to switch their broadband in just one touch, contacting just their new Internet Service Provider.
What does One Touch Switch mean for me?
Once you have found a new broadband deal, you can switch in just one touch. You no longer have to contact your current provider, your new provider will do this for you.
How Does One Touch Switch Work?
You’re looking to switch to a full fibre package from one of the broadband providers available on our award-winning network. Follow the steps below to switch in just one touch.
Find the right broadband deal for you by entering your postcode at MS3.net. Click ‘Order Now’ to be redirected to this internet providers website. Complete your order including an activation date as well as providing your current provider and broadband account details.

You won’t have to contact your current provider to let them know you are leaving their service. Your new internet provider will contact your current provider with your details to ‘match’ you so your current provider can find and move over your connection.

Your current provider will contact you to inform you of your final contract date and any services you may lose by switching, as well as any charges you may need to pay like an early termination fee.

If you are happy with your end of contract terms, you will be able to give your new internet provider confirmation to proceed and switch. You can sit back and relax while your new internet provider contacts your current provider to arrange the end of your service.

Your new internet provider will contact you to confirm the date that your new full fibre broadband service will be set up. Your current service will still be available until your new broadband providers service goes live.
